Privacy Policy
What we collect. Your name, email address, purchase details (from Stripe), the information you enter in our submission form, and the training footage you upload. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we collect it. To deliver your HERO Lift Analysis, contact you about it, provide receipts, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with. Only the services we use to run HERO: Stripe (payments), Tally (submission form), Make (automation), Google (email and file storage) and Squarespace (website). Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We do not sell your personal information.
Your footage. We use your footage only to prepare your analysis. We will not publish your footage or results without your separate written consent. You can ask us to delete your footage at any time.
Cookies and analytics. Our website may use cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can decline non-essential cookies using the cookie banner.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing markdavidireland@gmail.com.
Terms of Service
- The service. HERO Lift Analysis provides technical feedback and suggested corrective drills based on the video footage you submit. It is general coaching information, not medical or physiotherapy advice.
- Your responsibility. Weightlifting carries a risk of injury. You train at your own risk and are responsible for choosing loads and exercises suited to your health and ability. Stop and seek medical advice if you feel pain. If you have a coach, they remain responsible for your programming.
- Payment. Prices are in Australian dollars and are a one-time payment processed securely by Stripe. There is no subscription.
- Delivery. Analyses are delivered within 3 business days of a complete submission.
- Your footage. You keep ownership of your footage and give us permission to view and annotate it to provide your analysis.
- Our content. Your analysis is for your personal use and you may share it with your own coach.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the price you paid.

Refund Policy
Each HERO Lift Analysis is a personalised service prepared after you submit your footage.
- If your footage can't be analysed (for example, the lift isn't clearly visible), we'll ask you to re-film at no extra cost.
- If we can't deliver your analysis within 3 business days of a complete submission, contact us and we'll either complete it promptly or refund you.
- If you change your mind or have a problem with your purchase, email us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
- Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that they will be provided with due care and skill.
